  1. Franklin Township does not have a police department.  Franklin Township follows the procedures for copies of public records provided in the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law and has not adopted Open Records policies or regulations.

 

  1. Franklin Township accepts the form promulgated by the Commonwealth for obtaining copies of public records.  That form may be obtained at www.openrecords.state.pa.us, (choose “Forms”) or at the Township Office.
