Bid information

The Franklin Township Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 55 Scott School Road, Orrtanna, PA  17353, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025 for the following:

1.  Road Project for Scott School Road and Bottom Road
2. Paving Township Parking Lot

The following terms and conditions shall apply:

Bid forms may be picked up at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, emailed, or can be mailed by calling 717-334-4901, ext. 100.

All Bids must be accompanied by a certified  check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Franklin Township, as a proposal guarantee which, it is understood, will be forfeited in case the supplier fails to comply with the requirements of the proposal.  Sealed bids must be clearly marked with "Road Project for Scott School/Bottom Road" or "Township Parking Lot Paving" on the outside of the envelope.  All work shall be performed in accordance with PennDot Publication 408 Standard Specifications.  PREVAILING WAGES MUST BE INCLUDED IN ALL BIDS.  Bids can be delivered to the office or mailed to Susan Plank, Board of Supervisors Franklin Township, 55 Scott School Road, Orrtanna, PA  17353.  The bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
